About Us
Cottages
Our nine secluded cottages are nestled among large trees on a picturesque peninsula, overlooking Fish Bay. Most are located right at the waterfront, with southwestern exposure.
Every cottage is fully equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, pots & pans, dish washing supplies (dish towels/cloths/scub/dish soap), a Keri Duo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, toilet paper, bed linens and more!
Each cottage has its own Propane BBQ, Picnic Table & Fire pit along with a beautiful view of the water! Guests are able to use our kayaks/canoes/peddle boats/SUP boards/Life Jackets & Outdoor games included with their rate.
Fishing
Lake Nipissing is rated as one of the top ten walleye lakes in Ontario as well as one of the best pike lakes in the province and one of the best kept secrets in Northern Ontario for bass fishing. Muskie fishing is excellent and catching jumbo perch and other pan fish is great fun as well and will not disappoint!
Amenities
Sandy beach, water trampoline, playground, beach volleyball court, new docks, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat, life jackets, several yard games, boat & jet ski rentals, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities.
Ice Fishing
Ice Fishing packages available from January 1st -March 15th. Packages include overnight accommodations in one of our cottages, ice hut for day use, transportation to and from ice hut and minnows.
Weddings/Events
From weddings to family reunions to corporate retreats- PLC is the perfect location to host your next event. Book the entire 9 cottages on 6 acres surrounded by waterfront. DIY your special event the way you want from choosing your own caterer, renting a tent and decorating to your taste. Best of all your event will turn into a mini vacation and no one will have to leave the property.
